Interesting addition..........

 

"You can't transfer a license, and the license automatically terminates if you become insolvent or bankrupt."

 

That was the loop hole that was used to sell copies if one "sold their company".

In the article, I took that to mean nothing has changed, since it was under a line that says "...but by and large the legal aspects of the agreement remain the same...."

 

I believe licenses can still be transferred 'with Autodesk's consent', of course those last three words being the key.

With this wording I see now reason for them to allow it. Just another bad business decision on them in my opinion but that's their right. When you are the big fish you can go your own way ;)
