Johnathan Mora Posted April 28, 2011 Posted April 28, 2011 Hi i kinda feel like an idiot as I have been drafting on autocad for 10 years+ but how do i draw in metric whereas when I type a line distance of 1 it gives me 1mm?? i have tried setting units to decimal and millimeters but when I draw a line that is "1" long it is 25.4mm and not 1mm...someone please help... Sounds to me like you are only changing the Insert Units set those to mm, you need to also change the Length Units to Decimal. How are you measuring? Remember, to measure using Dimensons, you will need to set the DimStyle>Primary Units>Decimal. Quote
