MacGary Posted April 30, 2011 Posted April 30, 2011 Have started to search for a drafting program and saw that Autocad is now doing a mac program. Is there an existing tutorial site such as this for that program or is the similarity between the pc and mac such that one can use the tutorials here? With the intel processor I can do windows and run AutoCad that way but it would seem that would complicate the learning process. Any input would be appreciated. I plan to draw residential home additions and remodels etc. Thanks Gary Using a MacBook Pro 2.66 GHz i7 w/ 8GB ram Quote
ReMark Posted April 30, 2011 Posted April 30, 2011 Have you checked the AutoDesk website? I believe it has AutoCAD for Mac tutorials. While there may be similarities between the PC and Mac versions there are a number of features that are either different or missing entirely in the Mac version. Stick with one or the other. In my opinion it would be less confusing and less frustrating. Quote
