bbankston
It's pretty big as well. Finish size is 61.75 x 122.125 inches. Can't I just export an EPS file of my CAD file? I ask all this because I need to fill these shapes with black and then send it to our RIP software. Anyone familiar with TOPAZ RIP? Cad64
What version of Illustrator and what version of Autocad? Could it be that your version of Autocad is newer than your version of Illustrator, so it's not able to open the file? Have you tried saving your CAD file down to 2000 format? bbankston
That did it! Thanks, Cad64! I saved the file as DXF 2000 and it opened just fine. I did have to scale it, though.
