Backup Solution

Hi

I'm looking for a good backup strategy for all my work files. I use AutoCAD and Photoshop and some of the files are pretty big. I used to use tape (yawn!) and now use CD-R for backup and archive but now that my backup runs to Gigabytes, I'm having to use lots of CDs every time I want a full backup. Surely there's a better way?

What does everyone else here do?

I know exactly what you mean and I've recently finished using CD-R for my backups. I now use a USB2 external drive. I bought an Iomega 80GB drive which is great. I can now do my weekly full backup and daily incremental backup fast and easy. The drive is portable enough to be carted away and stored off site. My only gripe with the Iomega drive is that it doesn't have a power switch but asside from that it's great.
