how to set Pen Assignmant pls?

suppose i have a object in drawing colour is 0,348,37

so i want to print this color in black or i want to set it lign weight or etc so when im going pen setting i can'nt get this colour because there is full colour without 0,0,0

there is signle colour like 96 but i need 0,348,37 so help me how i set pen

0,348,37 is considered a True Color isn't yet?

Depending upon which brand and model of plotter you have, you have options of #1 go directly to start up menu at the plotter, or #2 use some sort of plotter computer software for same. Set the colors to BLACK and do not trust Acad to do everything for you then. Even if noted, and cartridges loaded as such, certain plotters will skip a color if not noted in the signals coming down the wire.

Seems like you need to use the Plot Styles Editor and create a new Plot style with whatever color you want and spedify the plot color and line wt from there.
