This is a question that has been asked many a time on forums Ive used, but I still havent found the answer! How do you specify the default folder that Autocad opens,so I can go straight to the drawing I want.I know you can get Autocad to open in a different location by specifying a different target in your Autocad shorcut, but thats not really what I want, would rather open Autocad and when I go to open a drawing it brings me to my drawings folder, rather than the standard ACAD2000 folder.Oh and by the way if you prefer that method, in similar fashion you can change your windows explorer target to,so that it opens in a different location.I've heard of the REMEMBERFOLDERS system variable controls, but in CAD2K they dont seem to work.
