Inventor glass

Does anyone know how to make an object transparent in when you bring it into an IDW. file. I have a stand with glass shelves and right now when I bring it into an IDW. file the glass shows up as a solid. Can anyone help

Did you model the glass shelves in Invertor? or Import them from another package?

I take it you have already selected glass material from the dropdown menu on the top right of your screen? or format>colours>glass

Go back to standard.ipt and then select Glass from the drop down menu the save it and now drop it into your .idw and it will now show glass
