Using fields in AutoCAD 2011 to update X & Y coordinates using a ID point

I have created a table in autoCAD 2011 with 3 columns.

ID - Easting - Northing

 

I have also created numerous points on the drawing to points where i need coordinates. Using fields i have linked my points individually to the ID (if i chane my id number it updates), easting and northing cells (when i move the point these update) in the table. Is there a way to link the point to just the cell in the ID column so that easting and northings will automatically update? I hope this makes sense
