PARSING???

Afternoon all.
I am trying to get a autoCAD file from 2002 in to Photoshop 5.5, (I have looked at the tutorials), but when i try and open the eps file in photoshop it comes up with an error message:

'Could not open the document because the Parser module cannot parse the file'

I have no idea what this is???????? anyone.....

Most likely you have created a PostScript Level 2 file and Photoshop 5.5 is only compatible with PostScript Level 1.
