Two base points for rotation command CAD2K

Is it possilbe to have more than one base point,when rotating?Say I have two items and they are both required to be rotated the same angle from the same base point.Cool idea if I knew how to do it.

TRY "ALIGN" it works a treat, you can eve scale objects as you rotate them.

Yeh I've used that before,its great help when youve got to move objects onto a certain plane,rather than moving them and rotating them.Maybe I have to look at the align tool more and see what else I can accomplish with it.
