Reactor from Project Navigator's Publish event...

Is it possible to build a reactor to Project Navigator's right-click Publish selections?

I've googled all day and found absolutely nothing.

If so, I'm just looking for the type and event, I have the rest. It would just be easier to automate it off an event than have an extra command.

I'll take anything. I'm not asking for a whole lisp, just the trigger or event to pull from. I'm the guy that if you can give me the one field, I can do the rest. If I don't know it, I'll learn it. It's just that I've searched for this for days and came up empty handed.

I could do a right-click reactor, but I want it to trigger off the publish dialog box selection, within project navigator.
