Is this an unusually large drawing?
Lots of truetype text?
Try inserting this one drawing into a new empty drawing, then explode it.
Any difference?

Laughing, IT WAS THE TEXT!!! Seems the text was too fat. We reinserted the text as seperate entities and works great. That would have been the last thing I would have thought of. Thank you for your help. javascript:emoticon('')
