jayhawk261 Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 We have a guy here who is having a problem I haven't seen before. In a drawing with a 3D object, he can not access 0,0,0. By that I mean that if he tries to move the object from a point to 0,0,0, it stays where it is. If he tries to draw a line from 0,0,0, the line commend terminates after entering 0,0,0 with allowing him to enter the end point of the line. Any ideas? This is AutoCAD 2012. Thanks! Quote
jayhawk261 Posted September 9, 2011 Author Posted September 9, 2011 Absolute coordinates. Essentially he can't draw a line from global 0,0,0 to anything. No errors or freezes. It just kills the command as if the escape were hit. Quote
ReMark Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 WBlock out the 3D object and insert it in a new drawing. What happens when trying to draw a line from 0,0,0? Quote
jayhawk261 Posted September 9, 2011 Author Posted September 9, 2011 We got it figured out. It had to do with the dynamic input. Hitting F12 fixed the problem. We can change settings from there to get it to work. Quote
