2008 Dynamic Blocks not behaving right in 2010

WIRE DESCRIPTION.dwg

I have created TONS and I mean TONS of dynamic blocks in ACADM 2008 and recently "upgraded?" my machine to 64 bit and ACADM 2010. One of my blocks doesn't appear the same when I make a selection in the visibilty drop down. ie. I have a wire description block that you can select to have it RIGHT, LEFT, TOP or BOTTOM. When selecting left or right it appears as it should but when you select top or bottom it makes the attribute for the color and gauge BOLD. The color and gauge are two attributed blocks that when you select the 'wire description' block and explode it you can then select the color you want and the gauge then the volts and end are attributes you can type what you need. I am attaching the block so you can see what I'm trying to describe.

Am I going to have to rebuild my block library using 2010?:cry::reallymad:

That's odd. Without getting too far into it, I don't know why that would have switched. But I do have a question, why didn't you do that with the align parameter instead of making Visibility States?
