hatch problem when I create PDF

hi,

 

sometimes when I create a pdf from my drawing some of the hatches chenge (simple line hatches will have a heavier line). it is fine in the dwg.

i am using 2007, any ideas?

Can you post the file? Maybe a couple of images also, showing preview and the PDF.
