DODGE Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 Hi Guys When I plot from AutoCad to PDF I usually have around 8 A3 drawings in other words 8 A3 paperspace drawings. When I plot these I do each one seperatly, can somebody show me the process to print the whole lot to PDF in one hit. I have tried it a few times but just can't seem to get it right. If somebody could just step me through in a step by step process it would be greatly appreciated. Cheers All Dodge Quote
Organic Posted October 3, 2011 Posted October 3, 2011 Setup a page setup with the PDF plotter (i.e. you can just use the default AutoCad PDF one here or another PDF plotter if you prefer). Then go File (or the A icon in top left hand corner if you don't have the File menu) => Publish. In there select everything you want to print at once, in the page setup drop down box then select your defiend PDF setup from above. Publish that and they will all print at once. I don't have AutoCad in front of me at the moment so the terminology might be a bit off although you get the general idea. Quote
