tennis4you Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 I am having someone help me do some drawings who is on 2008, I am on 2012. I e-transmit him the drawings to a version he can open. When he sent the drawings back today everything looked fine but anything in paper space was gray. It all prints fine, but it all views gray. Anyone know why it would do that? Thanks! Quote
Organic Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 Has he used viewport layer colour overrides possible? Go into a viewpoint in paperspace, go into Layer Properties Manager, scroll across the layers and see if a vp colour override has been used. Quote
tennis4you Posted October 27, 2011 Author Posted October 27, 2011 It does not appear to have been used. They all look like their normal color on the vp color override... Quote
tennis4you Posted October 27, 2011 Author Posted October 27, 2011 They are an x-ref but none of the layers appear to be locked. Quote
Cad64 Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 Open your Page Setup Manager and uncheck "Display Plot Styles" Quote
paul1966 Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 i had a similar problem where in page set up manager the paper size was A4 and if you have cad set up to display paper background the majority of the drawing is greyed out. Quote
