How can I convert DGN to DWG?

If you have Microstation you can do a SAVEAS to a DWG. I think Microstation also has an EXPORT feature that will let you EXPORT to a DWG (not sure on this one)
Also, AutoCAD 09 will reference a DGN file.

Thanks for the quick reply.
Only thing is now when I use "dgnattach" command I get the following message "This DGN file does not contain any models that can be attached into this drawing".

dgnattach is the command to attach the file as an external reference.
Same result happens when you issue command for other type of 3D files that can be attached to the drawing. In case of 2D file either it gets attached or not and a kind of message is popped up if the file has some problem.
If the content is not supported to be attached then this kind of message is generated.
A better diagnosis can be provided if you attach the file which is causing the asserted message.

Did you try _IMPORT then select DGN then browse to the folder and select the file?
