Hickoz_bro
Hi all, I couldn't decide on a more appropriate thread, so if I've missed one, please feel free to correct me. So, I've been doing work for my own business for a while now, but so far it's been quite simple stuff, doing what ever I can get my hands on. I've finally managed to find a company looking for someone with my skills, I've had a meeting with them, and they've basically said "You're in... Name your price..." Since I've never done full time work for myself yet, I'm a little unsure about what I need to consider when calculating my charge out rate. I've taken into account my tax, GST, Super annuation and sick/annual leave, but do I need to worry about indemnity insurance or anything else along those lines? I'll be working on their premises, with their hardware, and software so that side of things is under control. Any advice would be appreciated. I know this place is crawling with contractors BTW, I'm in Australia for what it's worth. Thanks and Regards
