xris_grecia Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 hello everybody! i would like to know if anyone could help me to the following problem.. i have a drawing at AutoCad and i want to change its coordinate like that X'= X Y'= -Z Z'= Y i know how to do it with the points (export their coordinates in a txt and then transform the txt and then import again at an Autocad) BUT thus i loose all the line, arcs, etc information i hope i explained well what i mean and i am not confusing you!! thanks a lot Quote

eldon Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 Have you tried the command rotate3d? Select everything. then rotate about the X axis at 0,0,0 by 90 degrees, and the coordinates change as you want them to be, i.e. X=X, Y=-Z, and Z=Y Quote
