BillB Posted December 2, 2011 Share Posted December 2, 2011 Hello again, I seem to be brain dead this afternoon. I have been trying out the 2D to 3D add on for IV2012 pro. Well it will make the part off to one side (so to speak) of the XYZ origin. Was wondering how to go about moving the part (.ipt) to the origin where I want it or move the origin to the part. FYI - Right click on "Extrusion" and pick "Move Feature", the "3D Move/Rotate" dialog will come up, pick "Redefine alignment or position" then I just put 0 in X, 0 in Y and 0 in Z,, worked fine.
