AEC start up problems HELP

CAD system went pearshaped last week, have managed to reload autocad and AEC but AEC is asking for Authorisation for Hardware Lock, I've no idea what this is - any help would be appreciated. :?

I think what you need when moving the software from PC to PC is the authorisation code that comes with the software,enter this and off you go.If you've lost it,you may be able to get it from Autodesk
