increasing numbers depend on amount, and mile stone (or km)

hey guys, i have a pline include some radius, and it has so many perpendicular line on it, so you can see it in attachment.

What i want to do is, write numbers for each perpendicular line 1,2,3..etc,

and write distance for each line (for each mile stone)
