Tutorials on pipe layout drawings?

Hi, does anyone know where I can get the above tutorial or anything similar in engineering?

I've never used anything like that,as we just use our experience and associated knowledge we aquired while training in our proffession.It just comes as second nature,a valve goes there a bend here.But I had a look on the net and found this:
