How do I create animation of "lateral" movement and "axial" movement?

Dear All,

My name is Hiandy and I am using inventor 2011.

On attachment you could find an assembly file. Hope you can open it. If not, please let me know.

The product is called fabric expansion joint in complete unit. The part with black color is called fabric expansion joint. It is clamped by flange (grey color). There are some movements work in expansion joint. 2 of them are "lateral" movement (moving to left or right side direction along Y or X axis) and "axial" movement (moving up and down direction along Z axis). The movement is only from one side (left or right side, up or down side).

How can I make an animation of such movement?

As I am quite new and autodidact in learning inventor, I hope the explanation above is clear. If not, please forgive me and please let me know.

Thank you for your help.

Regards,

Hiandy
