What I want to start doing is small plastic or acrylic tools and I wanted to know what is the best solution for this purpose and were I can get some pdf or video training for it. ReMark
You want to design them or make them? Designing them can be done with a program like Inventor or Solidworks. You might want to take an actual course to learn either one of these programs. For making the parts you could send off the required files to a company that does 3D printing. Yep, that's what it is called. It may also be referred to as rapid prototyping too I believe. Information about Inventor can be found here...http://usa.autodesk.com/autodesk-inventor/ Information about Solidworks can be found here...http://www.solidworks.com/sw/products/10141_ENU_HTML.htm An example of 3D printing can be found here...http://www.solidconcepts.com/z-corp-3d-color-prints.html?gclid=CL6r0dKP-q0CFclM4AodiWOYcw Edited January 31, 2012 by ReMark

Tankman
And take a short course here, http://www.andrew.cmu.edu/course/48-568/2DVideosWEB_files/frame.htm You can save *.pdf files for each lesson too! Welcome to the forums.
ReMark
That website (mentioned by Tankman) does not cover either program I mentioned although it does a fairly good job of introducing one to AutoCAD itself.
