BIGAL Posted February 2, 2012 Posted February 2, 2012 I am pretty sure Autocad WS was never intended to run lisp if anything it may eventually support .NET Quote
bdeshawn Posted June 20, 2012 Posted June 20, 2012 They should call it AutoCAD LT if if doesn't support LISP. AutoCAD that doesn't support LISP is not AutoCAD. Quote
BlackBox Posted June 20, 2012 Posted June 20, 2012 They should call it AutoCAD LT if if doesn't support LISP. AutoCAD that doesn't support LISP is not AutoCAD. By definition, it (AutoCAD WS) is not AutoCAD, nor AutoCAD LT, both of which run within a personal computer (PC/Mac) environment. Whereas AutoCAD WS is a web based, and mobile application service which only supports limited functionality for those that wish to view/annotate drawings on-site (generally), or by collaborating with others. BlackBox Posted June 20, 2012 Posted June 20, 2012 Besides Samoa, I think that stands for Web Site. I first guessed that it stood for "Web Service" (i.e., Cloud-based)... It appears that There's no official answer, but... Quote
BIGAL Posted June 21, 2012 Posted June 21, 2012 Some smart person may be able do a lisp, sort of like what happened with LT where two seperate programs talked to each other basicly the lisp pushed commands to Autocad. Quote
