Getting Text Into Paperspace Layouts

I'm finding it difficult to find information on how to insert text into the layout tabs in lieu of model space? My searches keep coming up with how to gather information on existing paper space objects, not how to create new ones.

Do you mean renaming the layout tabs (right click on the tab), or create a new tab (right click on the tab or hold Ctrl and drag) or just adding text in PS, it is a little unclear.
