animate 2 angle constraints on same part

I am trying to animate 2 angle constraints, but only one of them works. I am using Inventor studio within Inventor 2009. My assembly is this:

Pin 1 (grounded)

Plate 1 has a hole where Pin 1 is attached.

Pin 2 is attached to another hole in Plate 1.

Pin 2 is also attached to a hole in Plate 2.

I want to revolve Plate 1 about Pin 1 at rate x and have Plate 2 revolve about Pin 2 at rate y. Remember that Pin 2 is also attached to Plate 1.

I have an angle constraint for Plate 1 and Pin 1 as well as Pin 2 and Plate 2. But when I run the animation via the timeline, Plate 1 revolves about Pin 1 ok, but Plate 2 does not revolve about Pin 2. Plate 2 and Pin 2 just revolve as if they are a fixed part of Plate 1.

Any suggestions?

Find the red End of Part marker in the browser of the parts.

Drag the red EOP to the top of the browser hiding all features.

Save the parts with the EOP in a rolled up state.

Place all part files and iam file into a folder.

Right click on the folder and select Send to Compressed (zipped) Folder.

Attach the resulting *.zip file here.

I was not able to set up the assembly file by moving the End of Part markers, but I zipped the assembly and part files. There are only 2 part files since Plate 1 & 2 are the same part as well Pin 1 & 2. Thanks in advance for your help!

Pin instance 2 is free to rotate in OSClock instance 1 so it is rotating the pin (which you can't see) rather than OSClock instance 2.

Add a Mate-Flush constraint between the YZ plane of OSClock instance 1 and YZ plane of Pin instance 2.
