vertical horizons
Sometimes, when I insert an .IPT into an .IAM, the work plane of the .IPT is turned on. But, if I open the .IPT, I notice that the work plane there is turned off. So, I turn off the work plane of the .IPT that is in the .IAM. Save my work, then reopen the .IAM. The .IPT work plane is turned on again. What gives?
Bishop
All I can offer is sympathy ... it annoys me to no end as well, and I don't have any solutions.
vertical horizons
A little late, but I found out how to turn off ALL work planes at one time. VIEW > OBJECT VISIBILITY, then, UNCHECK USER WORK PLANES. The next time around, sometimes the work planes come back on again, sometimes they don't. So, this is a "sometimes" helpful tip.
