nestly Posted February 23, 2012 Share Posted February 23, 2012 The drawing scale is likely either so large that you can't see the breaks in the line, or so small that the line is not long enough to display more than one segment. To test this, change the drawing scale to 1:1 in the lower right corner of the status bar, then draw a new line 20 units long using the "Centerline" linetype. If through the layer manager it is not changing, then check the lines properties to see if it is set to ByLayer or if the line type is specified. nestly Posted February 23, 2012 Share Posted February 23, 2012 Pick a scale that's appropriate for the size of your drawing. For example, if you're working in Imperial units, changing the scalebox to 1/4"-1'-0" will make each segment display 48x larger. For a metric drawing 1:50 would make each segment appear 50x larger. Edit, you'll have to REGEN the drawing for the linetypes to regenerate after you change the scale if you're working in Modelspace. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
