Confused with DOF and Cylinder on Plane rotation joint

So I'm still new to Inventor, and don't feel I've gotten very far when I can't figure this out: I'm trying to test the basic basic Rolling: Cylinder on Plane joint and I still cannot get this to work. When I look at the DOF I still have lateral movement on x and z (the top face of the base) and rotation on z (center axis of the cylinder). I'm following the steps in the video demo and this is what I get. Could anyone show me what I missed?!? Is it possible I am missing something in my options? I never see an "Ignore" or "Retain" DOF option in my right click. :?

Help me CADdy-One, you're my only hope.

I got the rotation to work. The peculiar thing is that the wheel rotates clockwise coming towards me and still clockwise pushing away, and the rate of rotation seems off. So I figured I would now try with my rail and wheel and I've got it working (in the same way with constant clockwise movement) and am trying to animate it. I set and angular constraint between the wheel and its axil shaft (with which the rotational joint is placed) and when I load the constraint in Studio I get this:

Could anyone help me with this one? Thanks for the help

(FYI, the missing files in the assembly are irrelevant, and do forgive me for the numerous work axes, points, and planes)
