PDF Gets Cut In Half When Created

Using AutoCad 2009LT and when I create a PDF in CutePDF Writer, I set everything for the size (arch D) or 22" x 36", extents or window, fit to paper, landscape, black and white, monochrome, etc and the preview cuts the thing in half.

The only way I can get the full drawing in the preview and when I open the PDF in Adobe Reader is to set the "Plot Upside-down" to "ON" in the drawing orientation.

This seems odd. Is anyone else having this problem. This also turns the image so it doesn't open as landscsape, when you open in Adobe Reader, then have to rotate it.

Does AutoCAD 2009LT have the supplied by AutoCAD DWG to PDF.pc3?

I'm not familiar with that. How would I find it? Is it under FILE, or something you do at the command line?

I checked the command list (CUI Files) and don't see it.

 

LT (Lite) doesn't have all the tools the full version has.

SLW is referring to the "DWG to PDF.pc3" plotter. Yes it should be there in LT 2009. Might have been 2010 but if I remember correctly, 2009 LT came with it.

 

And LT isn't pronounce "lite" it's "El Tee".

go to plot and select dwg to pdf in the pull down

 

I never use the adobe PDF version its not good for PDF saving

Be sure to use this with the PUBLISH command too. That way you can batch plot PDFs: you can do all sheets into one single PDF or each sheet as its own PDF. Helps a ton when you have multiple sheet drawings.

I have this same problem with Bluebean and I have tried everything to get it back to working right. The thing is I use pagesetups and I had not changed any settings in Bluebeam prior to it acting up. CutePDF and the built-in PDF driver still work fine. I am suspecting a Windows update or an AutoCAD service pack but there is no way to know.
