Cad Monkey 2 Posted March 21, 2012 Share Posted March 21, 2012 Yesterday (3/20/12) AutoCAD started lagging really bad when starting or ending certain commands (like "line") and I tried various things that didn't work first and then looked to see if I had gotten a recent windows update. Sure enough there was one right before the problems started. I did a system restore back to an earlier time and it fixed it right up. I actually had to restore back to 3/13/12 because for some reason it didn't want to restore to 3/15/12. I hope this helps if anyone else is having a problem. I wouldn't do this as a first measure because those updates have a purpose, but it looks like it was the cause of the problem for me.
