Is VIEWBASE available in Map 3D 2013?

Good question, not sure. Have you tried entering VIEWBASE in your commandline? Otherwise look at the image, it is on the ribbon, as shown.

I know the command does not exist in Map 3D 2012, my hope is that it is included in Map 3D 2013. I think all the other 3D tweaks are included, so why leave out one of the best new features?
