A problem about title block autocad 2004-2006

My boss send me a drawing ( cad version 2004 ). He said me he didn't see drawing title block left bottom corner ( like a table )
My cad version is 2006 When I open drawing I can see the title block left bottom corner but it is excel format

Why I can see and why my boss can't see title block ? We didn' find what is the problem

Maybe he needs the Excel file of the title block? Or, his AutoCAD search path doesn't include the folder where the file exists?
