Architecture 2011 AEC Door erros when X-ref

So what I have is a base file that is x-refed into a 2nd CAD file for sheet set up.

The base file contains AEC Sliding glass doors. These doors shows up correctly with the exterior lip edge of the SGD, however when i x-ref the base file the exterior lip edge of the sliding glass door does not appear in the x-ref.

Any ideas? Is this an issue with the x-ref? Is it an issue with the AEC Block of the SGD itself? Has anyone else noticed this or am I crazy?

I have attached two PDFs to show what I am talking about. The SGD being the correct base CAD file and the X-ref SGD being the X-ref file that isn't showing the lip
