The color, linetype and linewidth blocks have disappeared from the toolbar. How to recover?

Posted

Do a right-click on a toolbar and activate the "Properties" entry from the list that appear; this should help you.

Thanks, I can get the properties bar back but I want to have it permanently displayed at the top of the work area where it was previously.

Are you saying that the toolbar is displayed above drawing area? To dock it, just drag it to the desired location.

Yhanks, I had already done that and problem solved!

It sounds like you should set up your WORKSPACE or a few different workspaces, each of which displays the toolbars you want them. Then you can LOCK and SAVE your workspace, and be sure to set whether or not you want any workspace changes to be saved automatically or not. You can choose to have toolbars docked or floating, locked or not, wherever you want them. If you are working in a LOCKED WORKSPACE you can either unlock it to make changes, or if you hold down the CTRL button, it will become temporarily unlocked and you can move things around by dragging them. You can also in your WORKSPACE SETTINGS designate whichever workspace you want to as your HOME workspace.
