Drawing Conversion 2004 to 2000 w/DWGTrueConvert

I downloaded DWGTrueConvert.exe form AutoDesk to convert 2004 dwg's to 2000 dwgs. When I double click the downloaded DWGTrueConvert.exe I get DWGTrueConvert.exe is not a WIN32
application. I only have AutoCAD 2000 & Rel 14 on the computer I
want to do the conversions on. What is the problem and how
can I solve this.
If the problem is not having 2004 on my machine is there
a downloaded program that allows 2004 to 2000 conversions without
installing 2004. I do not have access to AutoCAD 2004.

Download and install again. Something didn't go right the first time. If the same thing happens, then you most likely have local computer problems keeping the install from running right.
