Several issues with AutoCAD 2007

Need some help. BTW I am not the user, I am a help desk tech working on this issue for a user.

AutoCAD 2007 is having several issues, to include: locking up every 5-10 minutes and having no spell check. The error message with spell checker is "Unable to find main dictionary. Could not start speller." Any help would be greatly appreciated.
