mikef
You're quite right, it doesn't list Windows 7 on the 2010 disc, but I have tried a 30 day trial of 2013 and it crashes just the same.

sparkyuk
The fact you are crashing using 2 different versions means to me that its more then likely a windows 7 problem but what the problem is I cant help you with other then to try to maybe a reinstall of windows 7 might correct the problem ? If all fails go back to your old version of windows vista or what ever it was,if it still crashes then it will have to be a hardware problem.
