how to get my lights into Lightwave

hello;

I have Acad 2000 with one layer full of lights;
I have a bunch of other layers with models;

I am sending everything into Lightwave;

problem: I cannot get the lights to go;

any thoughts?

I am 95% sure that AutoCAD lights will not export :(
