autodesk Maya age problem

I ve got a script from a friend, which I can't open. He has Maya 2010 and I ve Maya 2012. I guess that is a problem, isn't it?


I ve attached the script.
In praxis I copied the text into the mel script and I pressed enter...

I ve solved that problem but a new one have occured.

this error message appears:
error: can't find this procedure "miCreateSunSky";

I'm using maya 2012 and I ve found that discussion: link (http://forums.cgsociety.org/archive/index.php/t-769355.html)

do anybody know how i can fix that?
