dwt edit from contextual explorer menu'

I would like to edit the dwt file extension in explorer to add an option in the contextual menu' to open it in acad for editing it.

At the moment I can only open it, but it actually opens a copy.

So I would like two options:

• OPEN a copy (default behaviour)
  
• EDIT the template (optional)
  

I hate the need to open a copy and then go through all the process of "save a copy as dwt".

I have win7 - LibreOffice has similar options for their templates (new/open). Any help?
