Bring in blocks.

When i bring in my blocks i get this pop up. What is it and how do i get rid of it?

Is it possible you got this drawing from an outside source and that whoever created the drawing was using an AutoCAD vertical product like AutoCAD Architecture?

I did get it form an outside source but not sure what AutoCAD they used.

I do that but it comes up everytime I insert a block
