Hello All

 

Is there a way to export grouped objects inside AutoCAD into another session of AutoCAD using Lisp routine?

 

I have grouped several objects in a drawing and now I want to use them into another drawing with the same group name. Copy/Paste does not transfer the objects as a group

 

I was wondering if there is a way to do this by code or maybe there are other ways to do this and I am not familiar with.

Why not just WBLOCK them, and if you need to later explode the block?
