Insert a new partial menu CUI

Hello. I am new to the forum. I'm Spanish. Sorry for the spelling errors.

I want to insert a new partial menu. The menu name is "Selmo". The file is "Mimenu.cui". The file I have it in the Support folder of Autocad.

Please, how I can do? I can not find the solution.

Also MENULOAD, make some changes to .mnu Menuload Unload then Reload all done, I just find it easier to edit partials in Notepad.
