Guest Billsta
hi people... was wondering if anyone knows there are plug-ins for autocad that generates vehicle swept paths? especially for a semi-trailer (articulated vehicle) we have a standard print out of the swept path, but it generally for turning and reverse, in 90, 60, 45, 30, & 0 degrees. they are useful after i scanned them and trace it in autocad, however, when councils ask for bizzare turning paths it makes my life miserable, its way too time consuming to chop section of the pictorial swept path and reconnecting them not so hard with standard cars, but the Articulated vehicle its a pain.. anyhow, any help would be appriciated... cheers bill
CADTutor
This looks promising: http://www.analytico.com.au/AutoTrack4.html and they're local (to you) and there's a free trial download. What more could you ask?
