Before some days I've posted a thread in the http://www.theswamp.org forum and very much thankful to Mr.CAB who helped me out there for providing me the routine as per the requirement, but there is still some modifications need to be done to the routine provided by Mr.CAB. It was written in Visual Lisp which is hard for me to understand as I have no idea about Visual Lisp. Basically the Panels created by the routine was based on a Travel distance as mentioned by Mr.CAB but somewhere the panels length were not correct due to Bulges(arcs) in the polyline.
